Our client is seeking a professional, reliable, and personable Part-Time Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support a small team of three professionals. This fully onsite role is essential to ensuring the office operates efficiently and provides a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy

  • Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and preparing documents

  • Maintain the front desk area and common spaces in a clean and organized manner

  • Provide daily administrative support to the office team

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and handling basic office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk or administrative experience in a professional office environment such as a CPA firm, law office, or engineering firm

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment

  • Dependable and self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
